Alpha CNG Coalescing and Particulate Filters

Walker Filtration’s New Alpha Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) filters are designed specially for the filtration of compressed natural gas. Available in both coalescing and particulate (dust) filtration grades, from 25 to 0.01 micron, and Activated Carbon. This range is suitable for lower flow applications with operating pressures up to 20.7 barg (300 psig) and temperatures up to 120°C (248°F).

Custom engineered to protect your natural gas system and sensitive instruments from contamination. Filtration media delivers optimum performance in line with air quality standard ISO 8573-1: 2010, as well as all filters in the Alpha CNG range being CRN registered and complying with EU pressure Equipment Directive 2014/68/EU (PED).

Our Alpha CNG Filters are a proven filtration solution for the natural gas industry, with class leading performance and exceptional results in oil aerosol and particle retention. They deliver significantly reduced pressure loss and optimum filtration efficiencies – ensuring continually low operational costs.
