Alpha Compressed Air Duplex Filters
Alpha Compressed Air Duplex filters deliver an economical, space-saving filtration solution. With exceptionally improved performance, the intelligent design combines a two-stage filtration system in a single unit, ensuring twice the filtration capability.
Designed with flow-optimisation in mind, the Alpha Compressed Air Duplex filters combine an 0.01 micron (XA) and Activated Carbon (AC) element that allows the filter housing to be installed in the same line space as a single stage filtration unit with twice the filtration capability.
Alpha Duplex Filters are ideal for use in point of use Breathing Air applications, as well as a pre-filter for critical need applications such as food, pharmaceutical, instrumentation, and breathing air environments.
The XA grade element delivers significant energy savings with minimal differential pressure and exceptional oil aerosol removal and particle retention. The AC element uses a finely divided Activated Carbon media to remove odours and tastes.

Available in a range of 7 models with connection sizes ranging from ¼” – 1” Rp (BSP Parallel), Rc (BSP Taper) and NPT, the Alpha Duplex Filter’s space saving design utilises deep pleated media technology to deliver market leading performance. The 0.01 micron (DXA grade) element delivers exceptional results in oil aerosol removal and particle retention – with a significantly reduced differential pressure of <125 mbar. The Activated Carbon (DAC) element utilises a finely divided activated carbon media to remove odours and tastes.
