The next stage is frequently a formal interview, assessing your skills and experience in greater depth and the interview sometimes involves a presentation or a task relating to the role you have applied for.
For senior management positions candidates may be asked to complete Psychometric tests such as Verbal and Numerical testing and / or Personality assessments.

What should I expect on my first day of work?
At Walker Filtration, we know a first day at work can be daunting! To make it easier for you we plan a full onboarding experience to ensure you’re able to meet your new colleagues and get up to speed in your new role as quickly as possible. Our induction programme is comprehensive and covers all the important areas that you’ll need to be familiar with and we’ll be sure to show you around our impressive facility so that you quickly become familiar with your new environment.
