Recruitment Process

We are proud of our culture at Walker Filtration. To ensure we recruit talented, ambitious, and driven individuals, our recruitment process is robust.

There are normally two stages: the first stage, an informal interview assessing the skills and experience, working style, and preferred working environment. This ensures that we are a good match. The next stage is a formal interview for assessing your skills and experience in greater depth and may involve a presentation or a task relating to the role you have applied for.

For senior management positions candidates may be asked to complete Psychometric tests such as Verbal and Numerical testing and/or personality assessments.

If innovating and growing with us sounds like something you’re interested in, take a look at our current job vacancies.
